legal practice across the UK and internationally. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives, a Cilex Litigator and Advocate (Civil), and an Advocate of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh. He also serves as a Justice of the Peace of England and Wales, reflecting his judicial insight and trusted standing in the community.<\/p><p>Mr. Rakhy holds an LLB (Hons) with a 2:1 from Northumbria University, where he was named the Best Graduating Student 2012, and an LLM in Legal Practice from Liverpool John Moores University. He also completed the Bar Professional Training Course (BPTC) at City University London with a Very Competent grade (79.3%), achieving Outstanding marks in Civil Advocacy, Criminal Litigation and Professional Ethics.<\/p><p>His areas of expertise include Immigration and asylum law, Civil and Commercial Disputes, Employment law and Landlord and Tenant matters. Mr. Rakhy appears before the First-tier Tribunals, Employment Tribunals and County Courts managing complex cases from initial instruction to final hearing. He has also acted in criminal matters, including drug and road traffic offences.<\/p><p>With a reputation for analytical thinking and a solution-focused approach, Mr. Rakhy frequently achieves early and favourable outcomes through Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), helping clients avoid the stress and cost of contested proceedings. His commitment to public service and access to justice was recognised with his inclusion in the 2025 Pro Bono Recognition List.<\/p><p>Fluent in English and Bengali, and conversant in Hindi and Urdu, Mr. Rakhy serves a diverse client base with cultural sensitivity and clarity. Outside of law, he is a keen footballer and leads a group of amateur players, promoting teamwork, fitness, and community spirit.
